Our founder is a proven leader and former US Air Force officer with extensive experience in navigating and overcoming diverse challenges. In just one year, she transformed a department from a single individual with no established processes into a recognized model following a major inspection, earning high praise from the inspection team. This success showcases her strategic mindset, focused approach, and keen ability to prioritize critical tasks effectively. With a consistent track record of excellence, she has ranked number one among her peers throughout her military career.
Holding a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering, she embodies the belief that a company’s most valuable asset is its people.
